Safeguarding is a shared responsibility

We welcome and appreciate the contribution volunteers make in our Parish.

Our Parish recognises that safeguarding is a shared responsibility and is committed with the Diocese of Parramatta to help build a safe community, especially for our children and vulnerable adults.

All volunteers in our Parish are encouraged to complete the Diocesan Mandatory Safeguarding Training before volunteering. This training is designed to create awareness which will help reduce potential risk and creates an understanding of what one must do in the event of a potential risk.
